What Will NOT Be Funded Funding will not support initiatives lacking a clear technological focus, such as those that do not aim to enhance communication platforms or transparency tools. Examples include general community outreach programs that do not have a direct connection to governmental processes or citizen engagement efforts that do not utilize technological solutions.
